Save the date on your calendar! The 2010 Running Is My High will be on Saturday, March 13, at Lake Merritt in Oakland. Each year hundreds of people from the local community come out to celebrate sobriety and wellness by participating in the 5k/10k run and 5k family fun walk around Lake Merritt.

On-site registration begins at 7:30am and the race begins promptly at 9:00am in the Lake Merritt Sailboat House parking lot. You can register ahead of time by filling out the registration form and mailing it in.

Registration fees are: $5.00 for 12 & Under and $10.00 for 13 & Older if you register before March 1. After March 1, registration fees are: $5.00 for 12 & Under and $15.00 for 13 & Older. See you at the race!
