Background: I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UC Berkeley in 2011 and completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University in 2014. I’m proud to be able to support youth and families through a holistic approach to care that aligns with my values and NAHC’s mission to expand access in our communities.

What inspires you? I’m passionate about working with youth and building strong connections with families and community members to provide culturally competent care. Growing up in a community where mental health resources were limited, I’ve made it my mission to help create greater accessibility.

Background: I earned my B.A. in Philosophy from UC Berkeley and went on to complete my Master of Social Work at NYU’s Silver School of Social Work. I’ve provided therapy at Bleuler Psychotherapy Center in Queens and at New York Counseling and Clinical Social Work Services in Manhattan.

What inspires you? I am inspired by the beauty of our world, in all its splendid natural and cultural diversity. I chose NAHC because it’s important to me to work with an organization that serves our communities of color and is guided by indigenous voices.

Background: I graduated from SUNY Albany with a Master’s in Social Work. What truly draws me to NAHC is its inclusive culture—one that honors Indigenous values, embraces diversity, and centers community voices in everything it does.

What inspires you? I am inspired by the opportunity to provide support to people when they need it most, helping them navigate challenges and find strength in difficult moments. Being part of an organization that fosters healing, respect, and empowerment motivates me every day to make a meaningful difference.

Background: I grew up in San Francisco and earned my B.A. in Anthropology from Oberlin College, and my M.A. in Trauma Responsive Clinical Social Work from University of Chicago. My specialty area is using creative therapies (Sandtray, Music & Art, EMDR, IFS) to support teens dealing with trauma.

What inspires you? I am inspired by the students I work with and the incredible families I get to meet. I am also inspired by my vegetable garden, by the LGBTQ+ community, by music, and most of all I am inspired by my grandmothers, who first taught me about social work.
