Insurance Enrollment

If you or your family members don’t have health insurance, we’re here to help.

Contact our Member Services Department by calling or texting  (510) 535-4400 for Oakland and (415) 417-3501 for San Francisco to schedule an appointment with an enrollment specialist. You can also email us: memberservices@nativehealth.org.

We can help you enroll in programs such as Medi-Cal, Covered CA and Cal-Fresh. You do not have to be a member of NAHC to get help with insurance enrollment.

Your Enrollment Appointment

In order to determine your eligibility for free or low-cost healthcare insurance, you’ll need to bring the following documents (for all members of your household) to your enrollment appointment:

  • Photo ID
  • Paystub or other proof of income
  • Proof of address
  • Medical insurance documents
  • Social Security card
  • Birth certificate
