Background: I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and mental health. I then completed my doctorate in Clinical-Community Psychology at Bowling Green State University.
What inspires you? It is truly an honor to listen deeply to people’s stories and experiences. I find great meaning in helping individuals recognize and build upon their own strengths to navigate and overcome life’s challenges by empowering people to tap into their resilience and resources.
