Background: I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. My education there provided me with a strong foundation in culturally responsive and community-centered care.
What inspires you? I’ve always been drawn to working with Native American communities. As a child, I had the opportunity to visit the Cherokee Indian Reservation, and that experience left a lasting impression on me. Returning as an adult only deepened my respect for the rich cultural traditions, resilience, and strength of Indigenous peoples.
